IUNU is seeking a leader for our Software Engineering team in developing products for our clients and the greenhouse industry. This is a cross-functional role, where you'll work closely with product, design, and other leaders in the company to drive new features and value for growers worldwide. Your feedback on products and designs will be critical to the development cadence and focus of the team. You will provide technical leadership and hire and manage talented engineers to move the company forward. You will help mentor people and encourage collaboration across the organization to ensure the long-term success of all those around you.

Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in production software development, with at least 3-5 years in a managing role
- Strong technical expertise in software development and architectures
- Experience in languages and technologies:
- Typescript (Node.js and React)
- Other object-oriented language(s)
- Relational databases such as Postgres
- Track record of successfully leading high-performing software teams in startups
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders
- Experience with systems architecture design

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
