We are an Agriculture Technology company headquartered in Seattle looking for our newest addition to the sales team. If you’re passionate about technology, food security, and you’re looking to continue building your career in sales, an Account Executive role at IUNU is perfect for you. Account Executives are critical in creating momentum throughout the sales funnel and closing opportunities. You’ll manage the entire sales funnel, focusing on closing deals. You’ll also work closely with Business Development Representatives and Marketing to steer outbound initiatives. We’re looking for individuals who are hungry and competitive, and who want to contribute meaningfully to a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales process with prospective IUNU enterprise customers 
  • Source new opportunities in partnership with Business Development Representatives
  • Manage sales process through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, account strategy, proposal development, and close
  • Develop solution proposals tailored to the customer
  • Negotiate and close opportunities 
  • Participate in the creation, presentation, and sale of a complete value proposition via phone, video, and in-person meetings
     

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of similar experience in a hybrid inside/outside sales environment selling software and/or hardware to end-users
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce, as well as the ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close a sale
  • Experience selling at trade shows
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of selling
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • High energy
  • Ability to travel 30% (or greater) of the time
  • Spanish language proficiency may be advantageous
  • Experience with AI and Agriculture may be advantageous
  • Experience on small sales team or at a growth stage startup may be advantageous
  • Candidates located remotely on PST, or in Seattle, WA will be considered
